OrderChange RQ and OrderView RS Overview

The OrderChangeRQ transaction allows submission of a request to modify an existing order. The modification may include a change to the itinerary, passenger information, ancillary items (e.g., seats), or to pay for and ticket a book-on-hold order. Once your modification request is submitted via OrderChangeRQ, you will receive confirmation via the OrderViewRS to see the latest order details with your changes reflected. Please note that different Order Servicing use cases require different workflows - refer to the Workflows page for details.
